"You attract what you are, not what you want."
Shelley Malka is a trauma therapist with over 20 years of experience, blending modalities like EFT, EMDR, IFS, and somatic healing to help women process deep emotional wounds. She specializes in guiding clients to reconnect with their authentic selves, transforming pain into resilience, and restoring their sense of self-worth and trust.
Her approach is deeply rooted in Jewish spirituality, helping women rediscover their connection to Hashem and find meaning in their healing journey. Through therapy, she supports women in breaking free from limiting beliefs, emotional burdens, and past traumas that have shaped their inner world.
Shelley believes that healing is not just about overcoming pain but about using it as a path to deeper faith, strength, and personal transformation. By integrating emotional work with spiritual growth, she helps women develop self-awareness, inner peace, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
With compassion and expertise, Shelley creates a safe space for women to explore their emotions, rebuild trust, and step into a life of wholeness, connection, and purpose.
