By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commitment and Payment

Enrollment constitutes a commitment to the full program. The total program fee is due in full regardless of attendance, participation, or completion. If a payment plan is selected, you remain responsible for the full balance.

2. Confidentiality

All information, discussions, and materials shared within the program are strictly confidential. Any sharing, recording, or distribution of content or participant information is prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the program, at our sole discretion, without refund.

3. Copyright

All program content, including written, audio, video, and live materials, is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written permission.

4. No Refunds

All purchases are final. No refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

5. 1-on-1 Session Rescheduling and Expiration

If you have purchased 1-on-1 session credits, those credits must be used within six (6) months of purchase. Any unused credits will expire after six months and will not be refunded or extended. For rescheduling an individual 1-on-1 session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

6. Pausing the Course (IGTH U.S. Group Only)

Pausing is permitted only for participants in the 8-week It’s Going to Happen (IGTH) U.S. group. One pause of 2–4 consecutive weeks may be requested during the program. Requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to approval. Access will resume at the appropriate point after the pause. No refunds, partial refunds, or additional extensions will be granted. All other courses and groups do not allow pausing.

7. Start Date and Rescheduling (IGTH U.S. Group Only)

Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to all prerecorded modules. Unless an alternative date is selected and confirmed with Jackie’s Assistant, your first live group call will take place on the Tuesday following your enrollment. Participants in the IGTH U.S. group may request to reschedule their start date, provided the new start date falls within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date. Requests must be submitted via email and confirmed by Jackie’s Assistant. Start dates may not be postponed beyond 90 days under any circumstances.
